On September 15, 2026, 35 electric reach trucks manufactured by Huaya Heavy Industry successfully completed production and dealer inspection at the factory; they are scheduled to be shipped to Thailand for delivery by the end of the month. This batch comprises 20 stand-on CQD series units and 15 sit-down CQDE series units. The order addresses requirements for both narrow-aisle operations and high-level stacking (up to 13 meters), with all units fully customized to the client's specific on-site operating conditions.

Delivered as a Single Batch
Designed to accommodate varying aisle widths, rack heights, and operational paces, Huaya electric reach trucks offer load capacities of 1.5–3 tons and lift heights of 3–13 meters. Flexible combinations of models, masts, and functional configurations ensure the equipment is truly tailored to the customer's site, rather than forcing the site to adapt to the equipment.
This project also features a customer-customized "One-Touch Rack Height" function. By presetting target rack levels, operators can quickly select the corresponding lift height; this minimizes repetitive adjustments, simplifies high-level storage and retrieval, and ensures greater consistency in batch operations. Consequently, hourly pallet throughput can be increased by 12%–22%.
PART 02
Bulk Delivery: A Test That Goes Beyond Production Capacity
The simultaneous delivery of 35 units tests far more than just production capacity. From analyzing requirements and confirming technical specifications to scheduling production, conducting quality inspections, and coordinating logistics, every step demands a stable manufacturing system and clear project collaboration. The customer’s successful vehicle acceptance serves as both an endorsement of product quality and a testament to the deepening of the strategic partnership between the two parties.
PART 03
Consistency Matters More Than Just Quantity
When handling bulk orders, delivery capability is defined not merely by volume but, even more crucially, by consistency. Service capability begins with the initial solution but extends through the entire lifecycle—from product arrival to actual deployment. Huaya Heavy Industry drives production and delivery through a project-based approach, systematically translating customer requirements into actionable configurations, milestones, and standards. An order represents more than just large-scale manufacturing; it signifies a comprehensive system capability capable of meeting complex demands and ensuring a reliable delivery schedule.
PART 04
Bridging Distances, Building Trust
The journey from a Chinese factory to the Thai market spans vast distances, yet the ultimate destination is trust. These 35 electric reach trucks are poised to become a reliable force within the local warehousing and logistics ecosystem. Huaya Heavy Industry remains committed to stable manufacturing, flexible customization, and ongoing service; together with our global strategic partners, we aim to ensure that every delivery serves as the starting point for the next chapter of long-term collaboration.
